Dr. Juhee Kim is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Idaho. She teaches graduate courses in educational leadership, research methods, survey design, and education law while mentoring master’s, specialist, and doctoral students. Her research focuses on educational leadership, AI integration in K–12 education, rural and Indigenous education, and mixed-methods research. At the QE Summer Institute, she is exploring how Quantitative Ethnography and Epistemic Network Analysis can illuminate educational leaders’ decision-making around artificial intelligence, equity, and innovation. Dr. Kim is committed to advancing rigorous research methodologies that bridge qualitative and quantitative inquiry to inform leadership practice and educational policy.
