Lu Liang is a scholarly practitioner with an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and currently serves as an adjunct professor and researcher at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) at Pepperdine University. As an experienced educator and researcher, she is passionate about mentorship and student success. She designs and teaches research methodology courses that prepare graduate students for careers in education and psychology. She also contributes to an international research project that examines student development in STEAM education. In addition to her research efforts, Lu actively supports educators, fosters inclusive academic communities, and leads meaningful change within educational settings.
